The Islander Returned to Service

Islander has been at the boatyard where we made repairs to her bottom and fixed miscellaneous gel coat issues . She also received cosmetic work including
new vinyl stripes , full detailing of her hull and bottom paint. The engines which had 3400
hours on them have been swapped out for the original pair that were rebuilt
under warranty by Yamaha.
Staff Realigned
Terry who was in charge of facility maintenance for the POA will now train to be our Operator in Charge under our Contract Operator in Charge Paul Conover .

Grounds maintenance man Robert Fischer will take over Terry's old job as Facility Maintenance Technician for all Dewees Island POA and Utility Company buildings, docks, ramps and marina .
